Everything you order will be hand cut and custom painted to the highest standards.
Current turn around times are as follows

• Custom painted artwork items - 8 - 10 weeks
• Unpainted letters - 2 - 3 weeks
• Solid Painted, Glitter, Polka Dot, Two Toned and Border Letters - 4 - 6 weeks
• Unpainted Alphabet Packages - 2 - 3 weeks
• Painted Alphabet Packages - 8 - 10 weeks

They are completed in the order they are received. These times are an estimate and be off by as much as a week in either direction.

Shipping to Calgary is $5.00 per order.
Shipping within Canada is $15.00 per order.
Shipping everywhere else is $18.00 per order.
International orders are charged according to location.

GST is added for Canadian Customers.

Bouncing Off The Walls currently ships Canpar for Canadian and United States orders. This service has tracking and insurance. International orders ship using Canada Post Expidited.

I provide your email address to Canpar when shipping your order. Canpar will send an advanced shipping notice to you notifying you of the upcoming delivery. If you will not be available at the time of delivery, there is a simple option to print and sign a notice for the driver to leave the package in a safe place. With advance notice, your package will be delivered the first time – hassle-free.

You are also welcome to mention in the message section of your order any special shipping instructions. Eg. "leave outside under bench" etc.

Please note that I do not ship anything out until payment has been confirmed.

Orders going outside of Canada to the U.S. may take as long as three weeks from the shipment date. I have no control over how long something takes to process through customs.

Bouncing Off The Walls is not responsible for any duties or customs charges.

Overseas orders can take up to two months to reach their destination.

If you live in the Cochrane or Calgary area and wish to pick up your order please select "pick up" as a shipping option and I will contact you when your order is done to arrange it.

Due to the customized nature of the products that I make and the fact that I can send photos prior to shipping upon request I do not take returns. However, I am not unreasonable so if you feel the product is not up to your standards or wasn't what you had in mind, please contact me so we can discuss a resolution.

Items that are not personalized may be taken into consideration for return as long as they are in the original condition minus the shipping charges. There is also a 15% restocking fee.

Cancellation Policies:
You are able to cancel any item from your order, provided it is done within 3 days upon ordering. Please notify me promptly with any order cancellations you may have.

If you cancel an order after I have already started it, but before it has been shipped, you may be charged a fee of 15% of the value of the item(s) that have been canceled.

There are no cancellations on orders that have already been shipped.
