  • Where are you located?
    We are a home based business located in Cochrane, Alberta, Canada.
  • Do you still do the wooden nursery names?
    No. I only do resin art and resin names now. I highly recommend Willow Hill Designs for wooden nursery names now.
  • How long does it take to receive my order?
    The following is an estimate of current turn around times: Unpainted letterering and names - 1-2 weeks Standard resin items - 5-7 weeks Custom resin items - Minimum 5-7 weeks depending on size and details involved in the piece. Everything is made by hand using layers of resin and fine art. This takes time for the artwork as well as resin curing between layers. I cannot accomodate rush items.
  • How do I order a custom resin piece?

  • What materials do you use?
    Most of our items are cut from 1/2" thick Baltic Birch wood. For resin items there is a combination of acrylic paint and resin in addition to the wood.
  • Where do you ship to?
    Bouncing Off The Walls ships world wide using Canpar Courier, Canada Post, UPS and DHL depending on address. Tracking is provided with all orders.
