Where are you located?We are a home based business located in Cochrane, Alberta, Canada.

How long does it take to receive my order?The following is an estimate of current turn around times: Unpainted lettering and names - 1-2 weeks Painted lettering and names - 3 - 4 weeks Standard resin items - 5-7 weeks Custom resin items - Minimum 5-7 weeks depending on size and details involved in the piece. Everything is made by hand using layers of resin and fine art. This takes time for the artwork as well as resin curing between layers. I cannot accommodate rush items.

How do I order a custom resin piece?To inquire about a custom resin piece please fill out the contact form and we can discuss.

What materials do you use?My resin items are cut from 1/2" thick Baltic Birch wood. For resin items there is a combination of acrylic paint and resin in addition to the wood. Names and letters that are NOT resin are cut from 1/2" thick MDF

Where do you ship to?Bouncing Off The Walls ships world wide using Canpar Courier, Canada Post, UPS and DHL depending on address. Tracking is provided with all orders.
