Return Policy

I gladly accept returns, exchanges, and cancellations on non-customized items and replace all items that were broken or damaged from shipping provided the following criteria is met:

Contact me within: 3 days of delivery. If item is damaged please send photos of damage. Keep original packaging as the shipping company requires photos of it for insurance

Ship items back within: 30 days of delivery

Request a cancellation within: 24 hours of purchase.

The following items can't be returned or exchanged

Because of the nature of these items, unless they arrive damaged or defective, I can't accept returns for:

  • Custom or personalized orders (wood names, letters or anything with a name or personalization on it)

  • Items on sale or clearance

  • Items that are broken or damaged through the fault of the customer
