Out of the mud comes an exquisite flower. It closes nightly and then opens again in the morning. When it dies, it slips beneath the murky surface, where it transforms into a fruit, goes to seed then rises again to produce a new flower. A symbol of rebirth and resurrection the water lily is magnificent.
 
This white water lily is hand painted in between mulitiple layers of resin using my distinct layering technique to create amazing depth, shadows and a realistic 3D appearance. It measures 21" high by 8.5" wide and 1/2" thick. Revival is a one of a kind piece signed and dated.
